Rurilab imports your completed workouts and wellness data so it can build and adapt your training plan. You connect a data source from inside the app:
You can disconnect a provider at any time from the same screen, which stops any further data from being imported.
Available today: Android Health Connect, Apple Health and GPX / TCX / FIT file import — which already covers most Garmin, Suunto, Polar and COROS watches. Direct brand connections (OAuth) are rolling out progressively, starting with Polar.
Make sure the activity has finished syncing to your watch's own app (Garmin Connect, Suunto, Polar Flow, COROS) first, then reopen Rurilab. Very short sessions (under two minutes) and automatically-detected movement are intentionally skipped.
On Android, Rurilab needs permission to read exercise routes in Health Connect. Re-check the permissions in the connection screen. If data is still missing, it may not have been recorded on the device for that session.
You can always import an activity manually as a GPX, TCX or FIT file from your watch's export feature.
Your data is imported only with your explicit consent, stored in your private account, and never sold or shared with third parties. To export or permanently delete your data, email jan@rurilab.com from your account address, or use the in-app account controls. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
