Ultra running training.
Built around your real life.

Preparing for a 50K, a 100-mile race or a mountain ultra? Rurilab brings your activities, elevation and available recovery data into one training plan. For runners who take their next start line seriously — not just their daily mileage.

What Rurilab does

01

Adaptive training plans

Training informed by your completed activities and current fitness estimates. The reasoning and limits are explained — a model estimate is not a measurement.

02

Reacts to reality

Compare planned sessions with what you actually did and adjust the next steps. A missed run should not turn into a demand to cram the same work into fewer days.

03

Load & recovery context

Training load and available sleep or HRV data help put a session in context. Missing data stays missing; no readiness score can guarantee recovery or prevent injury.

04

Activity analysis

GPS maps, elevation profiles, heart-rate curves in your zones, cadence and power where the source provides them. Weather and surface estimates depend on route coverage and available data.

05

Built for the long stuff

Ultramarathons, trail races and marathon goals. Consider time on feet and climbing as well as distance. Race forecasts remain estimates, not promises of a finishing time.

06

Your data stays yours

Activities are imported with your explicit consent, stored in your private account and never sold. Request an export or deletion.

How your data gets in

Import options include Android Health Connect, Apple Health and activity files. Availability depends on your phone, source app, permissions and beta build — not just the brand on your watch.

Android Health Connect
Apple Health
GPX / TCX / FIT import

Direct connections — beta availability varies

Suuntobeta integration
Polarbeta integration
COROSplanned
Garminplanned

Suunto and Polar connection flows are implemented in development; access and end-to-end availability must be confirmed for your beta build. COROS and Garmin cloud connections are planned, not promised at beta launch. Check the import options and limitations.

Frequently asked

Which watches and apps does Rurilab work with?

Import options include Android Health Connect, Apple Health and GPX / TCX / FIT files. Data fields vary by source and permissions. Suunto and Polar connection flows are implemented in development; beta availability needs confirmation. COROS and Garmin cloud connections are planned. See compatibility.

How much does it cost?

Rurilab is in development. Early-access testers get in free — join the beta waitlist. Invitations depend on testing capacity and supported devices. A subscription is planned after launch; pricing has not been finalized. Joining the list does not start a paid subscription.

Where is my data stored, and is it private?

Your activities are imported only with your explicit consent and stored in your private account. We do not sell your data or share it for third parties' own purposes. Service providers process data on our behalf, as described in our privacy policy. You can request an export or deletion — see our Privacy Policy.

Do I need a paid Strava subscription?

No paid Strava subscription is required for Rurilab's supported alternative import routes. Check health-platform and GPX / TCX / FIT availability for your device and beta build on the compatibility page.

What makes the plans different?

They use your training history and fitness estimates to put planned work in context. Load models and intensity distribution inform the approach, but they do not guarantee a result or replace medical advice. Read the methodology and its limits.
