Ultra and trail running

Your next ultra needs more than a mileage target.

Rurilab is a training app in development for ultramarathon, trail and marathon runners. It brings completed activities, training plans and available recovery signals into one place, so the next decision has context.

Join the free beta waitlist

No payment required. This is a waitlist, not an immediate download. We will confirm your device, app language and available features before an invitation.

50K, 50 miles and 100 miles are different goals

A runnable 50K and a steep mountain 50K can demand very different preparation. A 50-mile race is about 80 km; 100 miles is about 161 km. Climbing, descending, terrain, expected duration and opportunities to recover all matter alongside the distance.

Rurilab's approach is to keep those demands visible next to your own history. It is not a downloadable calendar that assumes every runner starts from the same place.

What you can evaluate in the beta

Feature availability varies by build and data source. Development and beta testing are not evidence that the app improves finishing times or prevents injury; those claims are not being made.

Where the value is

The intended value is less time assembling training data and more clarity about what to do next. Rurilab is for runners who want a structured process, not another social activity feed. It can also provide context alongside a human coach, without claiming to replace their judgement.

Watch data without a required Strava subscription

Import options include activity files and supported health platforms. Which fields arrive depends on your phone, source app and permissions. A watch brand alone is not a guarantee of automatic sync. See the compatibility and beta status before joining.

Free testing now, subscription planned later

Early-access testing is free. Paid subscription pricing and launch timing are not finalized. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid account or commit you to buy anything.

Rurilab is a training tool, not a medical service. A load or readiness estimate does not diagnose an injury, establish that it is safe to train, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
